SOE Done a Good Thing? YARR!!!
Oft-heralded as one of the great evils of the game development world, my old company Sony Online Entertainment has done a good thing (not to mention, they aren’t actually evil and I still have a lot of friends over there). They launched the online version of the Pirates CSG (YARR!!!) today, and all proceeds generated today by the game will go to the Child’s Play charity. Shiver me timbers.

lol they were spamming that all across the eq2 servers the day it came out. looks like the plat sellers using in game mail to advertise gave em an idea
