Penguins the Cutest Thing Ever? Bethesda MMO Company!

Disney has acquired Club Penguin for $350-700 million. That is proof that penguins are, in fact, the cutest things on planet Earth. Will the penguin craze ever end? Disney appears not to think so. In unrelated news, ZeniMax, parent company of Bethesda Softworks (Morrowind, Fallout 3), is entering the MMO market with a new branch called ZeniMax Online Studios. It’s interesting that they didn’t brand it with “Bethesda,” given the recognizability of the name, but it may mean those of you who want an Elder Scrolls MMO are out of luck (I firmly believe people would be disappointed in an Elder Scrolls MMO, given that it would be far more balanced and have far less freedom and open-endedness than the single-player games.
