She was my first love. Whenever I think about her, I picture her in the best possible light, ignoring whatever flaws she may have had and remembering only the great times when we were together. She gave me a lot of freedom to do what I wanted, and I did the same. We burned each other. A lot. But we were new at this whole thing–neither of us quite knew what we were doing. Will I ever experience a girl like her again? Do I really want to?
Around. I’ve been focusing a lot on getting in-shape, which has been taking the bulk of my energy (not to mention the new puppy, who takes a ton of energy as well). I have a pretty large Aion first impressions post that I’ve been meaning to finish for a while, but we’ll see how long it actually takes me to finish writing that. For now, I’ll keep working on the in-shape thing until that becomes a habit and I don’t have to actively focus on it, then you’ll see more posts on Nerfbat.

You might not know it, but 38 Studios has a pretty awesome WoW tool available called Azeroth Advisor. It’s a free, personalized newsletter that is customized for your character, and can help guide you through World of Warcraft. It just got even better with some more (open beta) features: Every character now has a homepage, complete with stats and charts, a newsletter archive, achievements list, and all of the quests you share with friends and guildmates. It also has a detailed Connections manager that lets you assign security settings for friends and guildmates, even letting them see your character data. Again, it’s free, so check it out if you play WoW.
